May 6th, 2018 - The LB Woman’s Club “2018 Lake Barcroft House Tour”

The LB Woman’s Club “2018 Lake Barcroft House Tour” is Sunday, May 6th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

LBWC House Tour, 2018

Get your tickets now for one of our community’s most enjoyable traditions: the LBWC House Tour.  The following 6 fabulous houses will be on display:

3535 Half Moon Circle

Michelle and Moe Jafari’s complete redesign is the one we’ve all been waiting to see – and now we can!

As an added plus, the Jafari’s home is where we’ll be serving refreshments.  Relax from the rigors of the House Tour with a refreshing drink and home-baked snacks.

6130 Beachway Drive

Owners Scott Horton, Mike Newsome, and Mike Heaney have renovated the inside of this what looks like a typical rambler from the outside into an amazing hidden gem.

3538 Pinetree Terrace

Longtime lake residents Diane and Seth Davidson have incorporated bright colors and water images to complement their wonderful views of the lake.

3404 Grass Hill Terrace

Deborah Danker and Robert Feldman, throughout several renovations, have maintained the mid-century modern clean lines of their home while opening it up to sunlight and uncluttered space.

6350 Lyric Lane

Paulette Chapman’s house was designed and built by our own late architect Max Borges, 40 years a resident (this year is the 100th anniversary of his birth).

6357 Waterway Drive

The spectacular home of Veronica Angulo and John N. Estes III features generous sized rooms, beautiful views of the lake from two sides of the house, and a lovely landscaped yard.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door on the day of the event.  Contact any neighborhood Woman’s Club member to purchase tickets, or contact Mary Ellen Jehn at mejehn@cox.net or 703-256-7765 and we’ll arrange to get tickets to you.  Please note that this is an Adult Only event.

Please also enter our raffle to win a $1000 GRAND PRIZE.  Raffle tickets are only $5 per ticket, or $25 for six, and are also available from any Woman’s Club member.

All proceeds go to the very worthy local charities the LBWC members selected for 2018:

• Annandale Christian Community for Action (ACCA)

• Bailey's Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department

• Haven of Northern Virginia

This is a fun day and a great chance to chat with fellow neighbors also touring the homes, as well as to meet our host homeowners. Let’s make this a spectacular year for our charities!  We look forward to seeing you there!
