One of our community’s most enjoyed traditions — the Lake Barcroft Woman’s Club House & Garden Tour is back and better than ever! In addition to the usual collection of fabulous homes, this year’s Tour will also feature several spectacular gardens:
Popp/Khouri house * — 3440 Blair Road
New waterfront home designed by Lake architect Pat DiVito.
Kick/Sellick house —3421 Greentree Drive
Whole house renovation on waterfront lot designed by architect Charlie Moore and built by Lake contractor Gabe Nassar.
Bennett house — 3405 Rusticway Lane
Addition and renovations done by Lake architect Carl Neuberg. Dottie’s eclectic art collection will also be on display.
Mandelberg house and garden — 6303 Waterway Place
Lake front home with recently landscaped back garden with terraces, raised planted beds, and outdoor lighting.
Goslin kitchen and garden * — 3620 Ridgeway Terrace
Recently completed kitchen renovation by Sun Design along with beautiful lake side garden.
Veroneau house — 3421 Fiddlers Green
Whole house renovation by design builder Steve Veroneau.
Davis porch & garden — 3505 Rusticway Lane
Craftsman style front porch addition transformed the look of this home and has become a gathering place for neighbors.
Mattoon garden — 6344 Cavalier Corr
A steep narrow backyard is very cleverly landscaped to make a series of wonderful living spaces on a very challenging site.
Kampschroer/Yoon house — 6404 Waterway Dr
Innovative modern renovation of main level.

New home built by owner/builder on spectacular lake front lot.
Cooper garden — 6511 Crosswoods Dr
Kay Cooper is working to make her huge lot environmentally correct with native plants, succession planting of trees, removal of invasives, and more.
Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 on the day of the tour. Tickets are now available through any LBWC’s member, or please contact Cathy Williams at 703.820.6066.
