Stuart Finley retiring from WID July 1

Stuart Finley, long time WID Operations Director and champion of improvements in Lake Barcroft, the dam, and the surrounding watershed, has announced his phased retirement, effective July 1.

Ken Kopka, currently WID Staff Director, will become Acting Operations Director. Stuart will continue on the WID staff for another year in a part-time, consulting role.
