Children's Art Classes
I am pleased to once again offer ARTmakers, hands on classes that nurture, inspire and encourage emerging artists of all ages to explore their own creativity.
ARTmakers will offer both private or individual classes and small group classes of 4-6 students.
Private classes are custom created and based on the specific interests and needs of each student, while the small group classes are designed to help students learn basic art concepts while developing and improving their art skills.
Children’s classes are specifically tailored to introduce elementary and teenaged students to age appropriate materials and art concepts while they explore an array of art making styles and techniques.
These lessons foster confidence and creativity in beginning and intermediate students, as well as those who have an abundance of innate ability.
ARTmakers stresses process rather than product at this level.
Adult classes offer an opportunity to explore, acquire and develop old or new skills in a supportive environment.
Themed morning classes will be offered this summer during.
The classes are designed for students aged 8 – 11 years old and will be held 10 am – noon.
All classes are conducted at Lakeview Studio.
