Newcomers Club Raft-Up and Swim Barge Party - July 19

Newcomers Club Raft-Up and Swim Barge Party - July 19

Here's a chance to mingle with your Lake Barcroft neighbors . . . on the lake.

Newcomers Club is hosting a raft-up and swim barge party on July 19th. The plan is to board pontoon boats from Beach 4 for an evening of socializing on the lake, playing a "What's My Line" style game, and swimming (optional) which will be especially great if the weather cooperates and it's hot.

To participate in What’s My Line, please email a “fun fact” about yourself no later than July 17 to Sharon Pacchiana at scoobypepper@hotmail.com. The fun fact is a little-known detail about yourself, such as "I won a beauty pageant" or "I scaled K2", or whatever. Each barge will be working together to come up with guesses - matching the fact with the face - and the barge with the highest number of correct answers will win an amazing prize for their barge captain.

A selection of beer and wine and paper goods (plates, cups, napkins) will be provided by the Newcomers Club. Please bring an appetizer/snack to share. The cost is $10 per person. Your check confirms your reservation and should be sent or dropped off at the home of Donna and Randy Sanger, 6229 Edgewater Drive.
